During the 90th IARU celebration in 2015, I worked B90IARU on 40 Meters. Yesterday, I received a QSL card from them confirming the QSO, which I need to confirm Zone-24 and complete the 40 Meter CQ WAZ Award. Unfortunately, the card does not list a city address where the station was operating, and there is no reference to what CQ Zone they were in, so I can't use the card for Zone-24 WAZ Award credit. I assume they were operating in Beijing (Z-24) since the China Radio Amateur Club (CRAC) is in Beijing and their logo is on the QSL card. Unfortunately, this is the only China station I have ever worked on 40M, so I don't have another option relating to a Zone 24 confirmation on 40 Meters.
Do you have any contacts with CRAC or IARU in China that could confirm what city B90IARU was opering from on December 17, 2015 @ 1153Z (CW), which was the date of my QSO, and if they were located in CQ Zone - 24?
