The final TQSL 2.2 release is now ready for general use.
If you have installed any of the TQSL 2.2 release candidates, you MUST update to the final 2.2 release. Failure to do so can cause any log that you sign to be rejected by the LoTW server. Please update to the final release. (TQSL will prompt you to update once HQ makes the final release available on their website.)
TQSL 2.2 has a few minor updates to correct defects; for example, TQSL no longer issues an "Invalid Argument" error when an invalid password is entered when renewing a callsign certificate.
The primary purpose of this release is to support the ARRL's National Parks on the Air event. TQSL 2.2 allows you to define a Station Location which includes Park information for this event, and to sign logs containing Park identifiers.
The complete release notes are attached to this message. Note that these changes include updates since TQSL 2.1, so some updates to 2.1.x are included.
ARRL HQ is updating their downloads page to include signed copies of the TQSL 2.2 kits below. You should use their download page (http://www.arrl.org/tqsl-download) once that page is updated. If you're not participating in NPOTA, you may wish to wait until the official kits are released. In the meantime, for NPOTA participants, the following links for 2.2 are available:
