之后上传的TQ8还在JOB中排队 等候持股凭证上传...

这次和前几月的服务器奔溃还是有区别的，改进了TQ8 JOB Check 进程 ，只要TQ8受理服务器没被搞掉就没事
but 写出了这点
LotW is not responsible for consistency checking
- that is the duty
of the station uploading the data. Fortunately, given the double blind
system, inaccurate upload data will not be matched unless the other
station makes an identical mistake (e.g., mapping a JT65 QSO to RTTY
as some logging software used to do).
至于服务器 process about 多少吞吐能力 QSOs/minute 就不知道了...
