off the contest this station will be on the air operated by j28wr marek and j28ap mohamed, only in ssb.
vincent, j28jv, who is busy with his job, will operate both in the contest or with marek and mohamed according to his spare time.
the qth is in arta city, west of djibouti, with a free 360 deg. horizon, in front of the sea.

a special card will be issued for this operation.
the licence will be sent to arrl just at the end of the activity to ask the validation for dxcc.
