经过月余来各方朋友的建议,进行了多次的协商和会议.此项活动作成了重大的决议,举办日期提前至每年六月份的第四个礼拜日,并且将之订为常置的活动来永续经营.它有自己的专属网站,不只在活动期间,也随时提供给各方朋友有个移动情报交流的园地,便于消息的互通有无.

please find the attachment whether is ok for the information which you have been registered in the form of our vqp 2010(vhf qso party 2010).
if anything wrong need for correction, please let us know and we’ll resent to you for your reference.
we are very glad to have you joining our party this year and need your station location on the google earth that every team’s member can find the direction to each other for easy beaming.
you can find the way to use and download the google earth from the internet. (if you can find out your location via gps likely device, that is also a good way and sent it direct to us).
if you running the google earth:
1. save the attachments 2010_vqp.kmz to desktop(or any folder x:/)
2. file - -> open - -> desktop/2010_vqp.kmz (or x:/ 2010_vqp.kmz)，
3. you can see a folder like 2010_vqp.kmz already under “my lcation” folder;
4. you can find the location on the map like bv2a, bv0pc, bd3ur and by4kh after you click on any pin_mark of previous folder;
5. find your location where you like to set up your station and you can read the longitude and latitude on the screen once you point the spot of your station;
6. you can put a pin to the spot of your station and a pin_mark will save to 2010_vqp.kmz after you fill the content of the pup_up form.
7. sent your location data to us if you do not know how to make a “kmz” file. we’ll make it for you
8. we’ll sent the update “2010_vqp.kmz” to you after every member finished their location identification to us.
if you still do not know how to use google earth, find a paper map of your city(county), that will be good enough for locate the coordinate as well.
