i like doing a bit of psk-31, mainly using a netbook pc, the fldigi software suite etc, but that’s in the comfort of my own home :-)

going portable/mobile etc is more fun! so....i setup my nue-psk modem, with icom 703+ and yaesu 1802m radios, aboard my honda xlv650 transalp dual sport motorcycle. the hf antenna is home made, using a buddipole coil (what else?)
然而，真正有意思的是野外移动式通联。因此。。我把nue-psk modem，icom 703收发信机，还有yaesu 1802m弄到了一起，加上我的本田xlv650运动款摩托车，构成移动通信站。hf天线是自制的，使用了buddipole的线圈。
so, first morning 7/9/09 2100z, i setup and tune around 20 metres, some very weak signals on the band. kh6mb appears on the screen! did not work him, but could also hear a zl station, too. looks like my setup is going to be a success. i now have to update my nue-psk firmware, as i have an old version. the newest version even runs rtty too :-)
09年7月9日，我把电台架起了，调到20波纹，频率上有一些很微弱的信号，kh6mb出现在液晶屏上了。没有与他通联，但同时可以听到另外一个新西兰台。看起来我这套装备是可行的。现在要把nue-psk modem的软件更新下，我现在用的是旧版本。新的版本甚至可以支持rtty.
