merry christmas and happy new year from amsat-china
alan kung, ba1du, of amsat-china has provided the schedule for the amateur radio satellite xw-1 (ho-68) for the christmas holiday period and the ssb/cw transponder will be active over europe.
the schedule shows the ssb linear transponder being switched on over europe on christmas eve (thursday) at 23:15 on christmas day (friday) at 17:35 and 19:25 and on boxing day (saturday) at 15:40 and 17:15.
the linear transponder is inverting so an lsb on the uplink gives a usb signal on downlink.
it uses these frequencies:
uplink:145.9250 - 145.9750 mhz ssb/cw
downlink:435.7650 - 435.7150 mhz ssb/cw
beacon: 435.790 mhz

on behalf of amsat-china and ho-68 amateur satellite project team i would like to express my sincere thanks to all radio amateurs who reported the communications status of ho-68 satellite in the past few days. i would also like to express my sincere thanks to all individuals and organizations for your congratulations. i must say sorry i am not able to respond to each of the reporters, but your reports are very valuable for our analysis of status of the satellite.
