too bad! did you mention "cw endorsement" on your application letter? all cw mode does not imply the printing of "cw" on your certificate.....

then, send the certificate back to jarl together with the photocopy of your application form (highlighting the endorsement portion), they should print "cw" on the certificate and mail back to you with gratis postage.
