虽然稍微晚了两天，不过应该还算是及时吧！logger32的v3.27发布啦！
这次的改动不大，主要是一些bug的修正，及小功能的修改。并未修改菜单项，所以v3.26的汉化包仍可照常使用，不必替换。:)

1) major rewrite of the logbook window vertical scrollbar to overcome a number
of reported bugs.
2) cleared a minor bug that showed up when using the qso search option.
3) cleared a bug in the logbook entry window that showed up if radio type was
set to "none"
4) callsigns such as 1b1ab would not show calculated distance and bearing data
because they were "not acceptable for dxcc". a distance and bearing will now
show if a gridsquare reference is entered for these callsigns. a minor editing
bug was also discovered and corrected during the implimentation of these changes
5) introduced a date factor into the dxcc-cw awards table so as to exclude qsos
before 1st jan. 1975. operational note: when displaying dxcc_cw award stats, a w means there's a qso in the logbook (regardless of when), a c means a qso is confirmed on/after jan 1, 1975.
6) added a permanent "comments" pane to the manual "add qso" facility.
7) support added for the perseus receiver (untested). radio modes supported -
lsb, usb, am, cw, rtty, fm, sam and drm. as the perseus emulates the icom message
format, use the icom address setting to set the perseus address.
8) changes made to all logger32 serial ports (radio, so2r radio, rotor, alpha
amplifier, tnc cluster, dvk, cw machine and data terminal). code added to resolve
unexpected removal of usb cables (or powering off of devices) on usb -> serial
ports causing logger32 to hang.
9) added the long-path distance to a new tool tip when the mouse is over the
heading/distance pane.
10) change made to accommodate 425dx activity window where the bulletin number
is 1000 or greater.
11) it was reported that with the audio alerts closed the iota announcements
could still trigger dependent on other user options selected. bug cleared.
12) changes made to the software support for the rc2800px rotor.
13) changed the font color for the output window in the conversion option to
black (it was dark grey)
14) a new "comment" tab has been added to the cluster blocking filters. comment
filtering is not case sensitive. wild cards apply (*text for comments ending with
the text, text* for comments begining with text, and *text* for comments contain
text). filter text may not contain a comma.
15) small change made so as to allow the use of pgup/pgdn to change the cw
machine keying speed when the focus is on the log input window. works for all
configs provided that winkey analogue speed control is turned off
16) the ctl_b function from the log input window now no longer automatically
clears the window.
