if you receive no confirmation within 48 hours, we have not received your log and you should re-send it.
if your logs bounces or you receive no confirmation message, or if you have comments or suggestions please mail to:
waedc-info@dxhf.darc.de.
by the way, it is not necessary to sign your electronic log. by submitting your log, you automatically declare that you are accepting the contest rules.
paper logs
if you logged by hand, we will certainly accept your entry. we respect amateurs who do not wish to use a computer for their contesting activities. bear in mind, however, that we will retype all your qsos and qtcs, which is a tedious task. please follow the rules on hand written logs in section 10 of the current rules and write clearly and orderly.
here are a few sample files for your to look at:
hand-written log from a european station: ua3qg.pdf
hand-written log from a non-european station: zl2az.pdf
please, if you logged on a computer, do not send us a computer printout. send us a disk or an e-mail with your data. if you are not certain, if you can send the correct files, send us what you have - including an ascii readable summary sheet and stating what type of software (if any) was used to compile the log.
the mailing address for hand written paper logs or logs on disk is:
