我收到很多这样的国外dxer发来的e-mail,看看有谁能帮助他们.

你是说ba7ja、ba1du、bd5ri不回卡片吗？

收不到卡片是常发生的事，有位大爷俺给他寄了3次他才收到俺的卡。遇到对方收不到卡的情形，不管对方是否给我寄卡来了，只要对方发email来，我都给对方直接寄卡。至于5b4afb，在我的信箱里没找到他的邮件。

我回信告诉他我没办法帮他一个一个催,我收到这样要我帮忙
去催别的中国电台卡片的e-mail太多了,我告诉他们我只能负责
自己的回卡,至于他要我帮忙的,我只能呼吁一下.

收不到卡片并不是常发生的事,我这里问国外dx电台索卡确认,成功
率接近100%,即使是not in the log,也一样会有回邮.有那么多的
外国电台写e-mail来说收不到一些中国电台的卡片,这就不是偶尔的
事情,而是一种现象了.希望今后这样的事越来越少.

您说的回复not in the log的情形.虽然这看起来很kind,但是回复这种电台日记里找不到的qso的qsl卡片,是否让qsl卡本身comfirm qso的意义贬值呢?

偶尔会有一些国外的ham发email问怎么没收到我的卡片,可是我根本就没有收到他的卡片.这种情况说明我们的邮路有问题,相信这种情况在国内不是个别的,国内不少同好都不能100%收到国外来卡.所以说,以对方说没收到卡片来认定国内的ham不回卡片,不太妥当...

还有,5b这位仁兄说的"no one is answering my emails",更是冤枉,因为我也还是没有收到他的email.我的iota卡片印了好多正愁没处寄呢...您最好让他和我联系,而不是让您来倡议:) 因为至少我给他寄卡片前,他要告诉我,我的卡片上是填tks qsl,还是pse qsl,呵呵...

能够在卡片上认真地写上not in the log，然后退回去，说明
一个dx家的认真负责。

如果是邮路的问题，那就要确保邮路安全可靠，用更为可靠的邮路
（如租用po box）或是找qsl manager帮忙，邮路不能成为理由
或借口，重要的是负责地让别人收到回卡，哪怕是not in the log，
也应该让别人知道。

对于not in log的情况,给对方回信写上"not in the log",并附上对方卡片退给对方,而不是和对方comfirm qso的做法我赞成.租用po box的做法在俺这里可欲不可求,前几年俺这里就有火腿想申请,可是没有成功.

邮路问题当然不是借口,但是是不以我等意志为转移的客观事实.找qsl manager毕竟有不方便的地方,也享受不到自己第一个数卡片的乐趣.实际上,找manager的ham也只是少数.有manager也还不能保证100% ok...天下没有100%的事,如果想100%,就是声称自己不收卡片也不回复卡片,这样自己就有100%收不到卡片的可能,对方也就有了100%不会收不到咱回卡的可能,可是还是有可能有人给寄卡片来...还有就是即使自己100%能收到国外来卡,也还不能保证自己投递出去给对方的信,对方都能100%收到...自己能100%收到国外来卡,还能100%让对方收到自己卡片是美好的愿望,莫非一个远征的完美句号非要用这美好的愿望来画?

我顺便请教您一下,您有没有收到过对方催问卡片的email? 有没有对方声称给您寄了卡片,而您没有收到的情形? 还有就是您是否能确定:没有收到您回卡的都给您发了email询问,而且您都收到了对方的email? 呵呵...

收不到卡片很正常,人家申请dxcc还有把卡片一股脑丢掉的呢,毛毛雨了:p
