i1jqj告诉过我，最早的时候，当时意大利一帮玩dx的爱好者用144.425mhz互相
通报dx信息。后来发明packet后改用ax25在2米上工作。随后又由ik1gpg在hf上
开展工作。九十年代后，随着互联网的广泛应用，他们又把这个news letter转到了internet,并用最初的2米频率的尾数起名。
