This device is designed for use with modern DUC/DDC low power SDR radios, like HERMES , ANGELIA or others.
With 0.3 - 0.5W input power from SDR it runs solid 300W to your antenna. The amplifier's output is filtered by LPF with diplexer, so the second and higher harmonics of transmitted signal are suppressed for more than 47 dB. To switch the filters you need simple open-collector circuit or mechanical switch.
First stage is MRF150 class A amplifier and second is 2 x SD2933 (see schematic). Measured IMD of complete amplifier is -40 dBc.
The power supply requirements is 50V 12-15A.
The board size is 165 x 240 mm, but each amplifier and diplexer can be separated by cutting the PCB to suite your housing dimension.
If comes with BPF (available on Ebay also) this device will be controlled by SDR completely: RX/TX switching, band changing and SWR protection becomes automatic.
This device does not include heatsink. Can be added upon request for extra money.
