上海dx俱乐部集体业余电台介绍
by4dx是一群由上海的短波业余无线电爱好者自发组建的俱乐部集体电台。这个俱乐部将组织各种和业余无线电相关的活动，主要是组织和训练和短波相关的业余无线电活动。给广大缺乏短波通联的硬件设备但是对短波抱有兴趣的爱好者提供一个无偿的硬件平台和俱乐部组织。by4dx希望能通过所有成员的努力，在不远的将来成为一个优秀的dx俱乐部。

by4dx is a club station founded by a group of hf enthusiasts from shanghai, china. it is on air from 2009.oct.18. the dx club will organize all kinds of ham radio related activities actively, attract and train people who show great interest in ham radio, and actively take part in all main dx contests as well. by4dx expects to be one of the best dx club stations in the world in near future.
