设计很漂亮。主要就能够辨认的文字部分提点建议：

左上部分：

frequency下面的"signature"首字母最好大写以保持格式一致。

还有：requency漏掉了f。


左下：

these dxers supported this activities with borrowed his ( her ) equipment for free 调整为：
these [或者 the following] dxers supported this event by lending their equipment free of charge:

另外，大小写请全面检查一下，比如13.8v 100a power transfomer中，power没有必要大写。

"we are pleased..."那一行刚好在一条边界线上，影响美观和辨认。说实话那四条线有点怪。

右下：

these dxers s pported this activities with free labor 调整为：
these [或者 the following] dxers supported this event with free labor:

整个设计（如右上部分）能否加上表示中国上海的醒目中英文识别文字？
