请教AD831工作问题 [复制链接]

今天焊了一块ad831的小板子,参考datasheet里单电源9v供电的.现在静态无信号的时候有100ma的电流,时间长了非常热.这样正常吗?看datasheet里的资料,电流似乎还是正常的,但这么热总觉得不太正常.有朋友用过吗?指点一下吧

you might have a look at the analog devices ad831, which has a +24dbm
3rd order intercept and needs only -10dbm lo. all three ports go from
dc to 500mhz. there's an output buffer amplifier built in. you don't have
to worry about maintaining a 50 ohm load over a wide frequency range as you
do with the diode mixers. it comes in a little plcc case. about the only
problem i see right off is that it dissipates lots of power itself--around
a watt. not wonderful for battery-powered portable stuff!

我正好也在找ad831的资料，看到你这个老贴。顺便回复一下。
上面的是google里面一个ham group里面一个回复，也是很老的贴，大概94年的。里面对831很推崇，唯一不满意的也是功耗。
小信号混频放大将近1w的功耗是应该很热。
不知道为什么要这么费电。不过他还有个省电模式，可以电流降到45ma，不知道性能是不是也下降。
