i have been watching from usa, hellocq does not allow posting from outside china.
i congradulate all who have prepared for this exam.
i want to thank everyone who help make this exam possible and especially bd1byv to provide exam room, n5jb to make long trip to help make this possible, and ab7py/ba1aj to manage all things in beijing.
i wish all of you good fortune to pass exam.

some notes on takeing exams
rest well before exam,
bring a photo id. be sure to create the frn before comeing, it will help if you fill out form 605 before you come.
there is not time limit on exam. take your time. no hurry.
calculators of any kind are allowed, they must have memory cleared before exam.
no books or study materials are allowed in exam room. cell phones and pagers must be off ( and hand held radios ).
can not leave the exam room untill all test materials is given to the ve, sorry no bathroom breaks during the exam.
while exam is in progress, three (3) ve must be in exam room all the time.
once each person has finished, give materials to ve and leave the exam room, you may wait outside and rest.
three ves must grade the exam. then will notify candidate of score.
you must pass element 2 before takeing element 3, and pass element 3 before taking element 4.
you may rest and study between exams.
you do not need to pay fee for second exam if first exam is passed. one fee is ok to pass all three exams.
you may re-take exam if not passed, however must pay exam fee again.
if you select answer do not change answer unless you are very sure that first answer is not correct, usually first choice is correct. i see many times where people change answer and first answer was correct.
we have two days of exams, take all the time you wish in between to study and prepare for next exam.
no one will know which question missed. every test is different,
ve only checks answer key and reports score.
it will take one week to receive us call sign, if already have call sign, and pass next level, upgrade is immediate
number in call sign will be based on address used in form 605 application.
the ve's all wish you the best and have taken great effort to make this possible.
