use the correct address :

make sure sufficient return postage is included :
europe 1 irc or 1 u$d up to 3 cards
outside europe 2 irc or 2 u$d up to 3 cards
cards received without sufficient return postage are treated as buro qsl. after numerous emails i stopped sending emails to those who do not send sufficient return postage.
make sure a return envelope with your complete address is included.
please make sure the country is mentioned in english
only us$ and irc are accepted for return postage.
the use of us$ is encouraged because of cost reduction my side
italian, german, usa stamps are not accepted for return postage by my local postal service................
stamped return envelopes and ibrs are welcome, but please consider a contribution for qsl expenses.

alex@pa1aw.nl instead of buro qsl an email containing full qso data is encouraged. these will be processed in the next buro shipment, no matter when the qso's were made.
