gate is disconnected. some of the irf power fets have an ft in excess
of 200 mhz so they'd make dandy hf finals.


the biggest drawback is a high gate capacity, but it could be
neutralized.

这种场效应管对输入阻抗的匹配要求十分严格，在匹配良好的情况下，起码从2mhz~30mhz是能满足增益平坦度的，比如kn900就是用这个型号的mos管，从3.8mhz到26mhz，其输出功率基本能保证上下在1~2w的波动。即使到29mhz也能保证有15瓦以上的输出功率并保持50%以上的效率。

对于单波段工作的情况下，通过调整输入输出的阻抗比，则可以得到相当大的输出功率和效率。比如kn710这种单波段的收发信机，使用irf640场管在13.8v下即可获得40瓦以上的输出功率和高于60%的效率。

我想说的是，如果你使用这种场管在rf下工作，如果你要获得宽的频率范围，则要牺牲掉输出功率和功率增益。而如果追求其最大功率，则可能就要对其工作频率范围做出牺牲。二者是很难兼顾的。

再者，你标题中的问题其实很难有个定论。因为无论是场管或者是双极性三极管，如果非要用输入输出阻抗的概念去谈它们，则一定要在给定的条件下，比如供电电压，偏置深度等等。对于输入阻抗来说，它还要受前面的推动级的影响，则多半情况下是要取一个中间值以兼顾各方面的要求。

最后，场校应管（尤其是这种并非为rf设计的mos管），它们的输入电容和输出电容通常是比较大的，即使是irf510这种管子，它的输入电容也要达到200pf。所以，给它们配的输入和输出变压器的电感量也会很容易造成其功率增益不平衡的现象。因此，给它们设计其输入输出变压器的时候，一定要考虑变压器的电感和管子的电容形成的谐振问题。

kn900的全部电原理图及相关资料早在去年套件刚开始发货的时候就已经公布在论坛上了，如果你有兴趣可以下载看看。

kn900没有使用任何自动功率控制电路，它的功率输出平坦度完全靠电路本身的高频特性保证。

变压器的绕制方法和磁性材料的规格也公布在kn900那个置顶的帖子里，如果有兴趣也可以去看看。我想对你的研究会有帮助吧，呵呵。

能否给出kp900的各段功率增益和从t2初级看进去的驻波？

这是调得比较满意的一次，第一图是增益曲线（定性不定量），第二图是输入匹配曲线（定量）
负反馈部分和输入部分都串有电感，否则曲线比这差很多

这个也能测量?也想学习一下!!!!
