关于代为申请wac奖状的问题
接到arrl负责wac奖状工作的相关人员的email，今后每次申请wac奖状都要交
相应的费用。因此，从现在开始所有的wac奖状申请费用改为60元。
由于wac奖状是代办，因此周期可能会比较长（取决于对方），因此请耐心等待。目前邮寄全部改用顺丰快递，请务必留下电话！

申请“联络所有大陆”奖状的条件
“联络所有大陆”奖状是由国际业余无线电联盟(iaru)发行，对象是全世界所有业余无线电台。 申请wac奖状
需要递交全世界六大洲的卡片各一张。所有的联络必须在同一个国家（实体）内完成。并且，所有的卡片（非
复印件）上必须明确表示所联络的波段和模式。
10/18/24 mhz 或者通过卫星的联络对于申请5波段奖状或者6波段贴花（endorsement）是无效的。所有用来申
请qrp贴花的联络必须在1985年1月1日后完成，同时发射功率不大于5w（或者输入功率不大于10w）。
以下信息可以用来帮助判断所通联电台所处的洲。
北美包括greenland (ox)和panama (hp)。
南美包括trinidad & tobago (9y), aruba (p4), curacao & bonaire (pj2-4) 和 easter island (ce0).
大洋洲包括minami torishima (jd1), philippines (du), east malaysia (9m6-8) 和 indonesia (yb).
亚洲包括ogasawara islands (jd1), maldives (8q), socotra island (7o), abu ail island(j2/a), cyprus
(5b, zc4), eastern turkey (ta2-8) 和 georgia (uf).
欧洲包括俄罗斯的4－6区(ua4-6), istanbul (ta1), all italian islands (i) 和 azores (cu).
非洲包括ceuta & melilla (ea9), madeira (ct3), gan island (8q), french austral territory (ft) 和
heard island (vk0).
