i am very sorry, but i didnt receive your card, yet. maybe the problem is on the
post office in our country. many postmans know the radioamateurs callsign and
when the postman see radioamateurs callsing on the envelope, he open it, bring
the us dollar or irc and do not delivery envelope for me (or others). if you are
interesting for qsl card, please send your card to me in envelope without my
callsign, only postal address on envelope, please.
i answer 100% for direct qsl i receive, but your card is not receive, yet.

这是我今天收到的email, 之前我往ok即捷克这个国家分三次发过三个不同的qsl卡,目的是想拿回一张回卡. 但三张都如石沉大海.
上面的email说,如果在去ok这个国家的信封上带有呼号标志, 这封信是100%到不了爱好者手中的. 我这才明白为什么没有收到ok的回卡了.
同样的国家我知道的还有er.......
建议以后发卡追字头的话,所有的信封上都不要写呼号!
