the japan amateur radio league (jarl) will establish 10 hq stations in various regions of japan during the 2008 iaru hf championship (july 12-13th).
each station may be heard on other bands than specified below outside of the contest during the week of july 7th.
all qsos will be qsled automatically via the bureau.
