I posted a new installer this evening, v1.0.9. Changes are minor and
mainly affect package target builds for WSJTX v1.5-devel and WSJTX v1.4
RC3. Over the next couple of release I'll be adding in the ability to
select components for installation rather than just installing all
applications by default.

* Bill also added rigctl-wskjtx.exe so you can test commands locally

Note: If you have JTSDK v2 installed, documentation for using / testing
rigctl is located in:
C:\JTSDK\hamlib3\share\doc\hamlib\hamlib.html
Also, man pages are available in:
C:\JTSDK\hamlib3\share\man\{man1,man8}
