黑山会有一个新的字头，如同当年的yu2，3，4，5等变成9a，s5，t9，z3
（1991年，那时候中国个人电台还没有开放）等一样。

然后，很快会有远征电台出现（这个65万人口的国家，当地的业余电台很少在
短波上出现）。

对了，和楼主应该也算通联过，更早，初中吧，当时还在blw呢，那时第一次知道中国还有个人电台。

楼上的朋友怎么是用集体台呼号做的用户名啊？我跟csr还通过不少次呢，还是在ca的时候，都是五六年前的事了。

我在这个论坛注册的时候，还没有把集体台的操作证转成个人的，也就是还没有自己的个人呼号,所以就借用母校的呼号用一下拉。现在已经用by4csr在这里发了100多条帖子，就不想转过来拉。我记得在csr的时候和ca和blw也通联过的，那个时候是csr的鼎盛时期，全国比赛的许多冠军也是在那个时候拿到的。现在csr不大在空中出来了。

那现在如果加上黑山共和国的话总共有多少个dxcc实体？（不包括那些已经作废的dxcc实体）。

加上黑山是336个，黑山加入联合国最早要9月份，还会取得一个新的呼号字头，
那时候就是新的dxcc了。

这e5是怎么回事？

这e5是zk1的新字头，就是说太平洋中的库克群岛原来使用zk1的字头改作e5字头，
这一变化对于dxcc国家表和dxcc国家总数没有影响，依然是南库克群岛为一个dxcc，
北库克群岛为一个dxcc，以前的zk1和今后的e5都对这两个dxcc有效。唯一需要注意
的是原来palmerston（帕默斯顿环礁 iota oc-124）原来算做南库克群岛，现在归为
北库克群岛。

昨天晚上世界杯，塞黑（塞尔维亚和黑山）和荷兰。两个国家的国旗挺有意思，都是蓝白红三色，
只是塞黑是由上至下蓝白红，荷兰是由上至下红白蓝。

关于黑山的独立，6月10日的425dxn上有这么一段：

3 june [425dxn 788] when montenegro becomes a un member or is assigned a
prefix block by the itu, then it will be added to the dxcc list.
the very first amateur radio activity from this new dxcc entity will be
conducted by an international dxpedition team, and it is planned to take
place soon after the approval of montenegro's dxcc status. the dxpedition
organizing committee includes bob grimmick (n6ox), hans blondeel timmerman
(pb2t), martti laine (oh2bh), dave sumner (k1zz), linda sumner (ka1zd), ranko

the general assembly that the republic of montenegro be admitted as a member
of the united nations. the assembly is expected to act on the matter next

in their latest press release, the organizers of the "dx festival montenegro
2006" [425dxn 787] say that the all-band all-mode dxpedition to the newest
dxcc entity is now expected to take place from 20 july to 12 august. bookmark

as expected, the un general assembly, after last week's recommendation by
the security council, decided today to admit the republic of montenegro to
the united nations, adding this entity to the united nations list of member
states.

according to the arrl dxcc list criteria, entities listed on the un list of
member states qualify as political entities on the list. therefore,
effective june 28, 2006 (utc), arrl has added the republic of montenegro to
the dxcc list.

qsos made on or after this date will count for dxcc credit. claims for dxcc
credit will be accepted immediately. see http://www.arrl.org for additional
