Hello I hope all meets you well, in these COVID-19 times,
This email is your invitation to FT8 HEAVYWEIGHTS - with your regular or special callsigns
FT8 HEAVYWEIGHTS is an unofficial FT8 Special Event which... can be considered
simply an FT8 Sked meet, it was first conceptualized in December 2019 a week before Christmas day, and launched on the First Saturday after Christmas,
invitations were sent out to a lot of EXOTIC DXCCs and we were joined by over 75% of the
invitations sent out due to the last minuete time frame... some of them are J69DS, J35X, 9Y4D, 9Y4DG,
3G3G, VP8NO, TR8CA, VP2ETE, E51BQ, ZS6C to name a few
we met on non standard FT8 Frequencies for example 14.064, 7.064 etc,
WE DO NOT USE F/H mode or Multi Streaming in this event
and in 2020 with keeping that tradition will be no different,
if you have been looking for some Exotic DXCCs in your FT8 quest,
then FT8 HEAVYWEIGHTS is for you, get DX stations in one place to work!!!!!

Not a Contest!!! , when you make your contacts, you simply QSL via LOTW or paper QSL as you normally do,
ALL ARE WELCOMED TO JOIN,
if you were in it last year, then we look forward to seeing you again this year,
