ha1ah contest software
note that ha1ah contest software is a frozen project. i neither develop the software, nor support it, any more.
the ha1ah contest software is a graphical logging program for radio amateurs. it is a java program and can run on windows 95, 98, nt4, 2000, xp and linux.
to run the software you need to install the java runtime environment 1.4 or higher. you can download the current jre from here:

the current version is v0.8.4 released december 14, 2005.

base edition: it includes the base functions to store contest qsos and to create log files.
professional edition: it includes such further features like network, sending cw signals, telnet and packet dx-cluster access, export and import of adif files, record and play of voice.
both base and professional edition are freeware, you can use it without any charge.
to get information about the program read the documentation with screenshots.
if you want to save the documentation click on the link above by the right mouse button and select the 'save link as' or 'save target _as...' menu item.
to see the changes to previous versions look at the changes.txt.
download the install package of the program.
if you want to update the cty.dat file for recognizing dxcc countries you can download it from here. (if this file appears in your browser click on the link with your right mouse button and select save file.)
place it under the specialdata directory of your program installation.
if you want to use master.dta file created by k5zd for searching for callsign partials you can download it from here. save the file and place it under the specialdata directory of your program installation.
if you want to use the state_database.bin file generated from the official callsign database of fcc and rac to recognize us states and canadian provinces in advance download it from here.
unzip the downloaded file into the specialdatadirectory of your program installation.
