control head :
replace the channel memory eeprom in the head with a 2416, reconfigure the
jumpers
radios :
replace the frequency memory eeprom in each radio with a 2416, reconfigure
the jumpers
e-mail me direct if you need further, i&#39ll have to dig out the manual to see
which jumpers changed
btw - you can get a maximum of 160 channels between the 2 radios.
