1) Connect the analyzer (with batteries removed) to the PC
2) Windows: open the "Show serial ports" program to see the analyzer's COM port number
3) Turn off the analyzer.
4) Holding the F key, turn on the analyzer.
5) The LCD will be blank.
Enter the COM port number (or full pathname if this program is running under Linux or Mac OS): 7
Now you will hear a programming sound from the beeper.
Please do not abort this process.
