第一份给iaru的报告：
qinghai province earthquake
the 7.1 scale earthquake hit yu shu district, qinghai province in 7:49am, 14th, april 2010 local time. up to 2:00am, 15th, april, the earthquake caused 589 dead, near 10,000 injured, and 100,000 families need to be settled due to house damaged. in the earthquake central area, 99% house was damaged. yu shu is located in plateau, which the temprature reaches -5c degrees at night, put the survivers in dangerous situation and make rescue very difficult during the night. the area now lack of tents, medicines and waters as well as power electricities and other facilities.
the emergency communication team of anhui amateur radio society, led be mr du, bg6cev, will fly to qinghai today (15th, april), bring communication equipments to help disaster mitigation. bg9ua, bg9up, bg9uo also has already approaching disaster area to provide services.
crsa announced the emergency frequency as 7050khz and 7060khz and seeking for clear of these frequence for disaster communication.
