to upgrade from 3.2.x to 3.3.0 using this file:
backup your logs and user files
stop logger32
unzip the contents of the downloaded zip file into a covenient location. this will give you 2 zip files.
unzip the contents of upgrade.zip to your logger32 directory to only update logger32 to version 3.3.0
to update the country and iota databases, unzip the content of databases.zip to your logger32 directory
run logger32 and verify that you have version 3.3.0 running
if you installed new databases (step 5), recalc your stats
