1.      enables display of the model names "th-d72" and "vx-8g" when received position packets from the kenwood th-d72a/e and the yaesu vx-8gr/e.

     revises the following symptom.
     
     
1.      in packet mode, "squelch-closed" detection time becomes "approx. 800ms", instead of original intended specification "approx. 100ms" the same value as the tm-d700a/e.
